Rev. Chris Fuselier has served as pastor at First Baptist Church Youngsville for nine years. He has 29 years in the ministry having previously pastored two other churches in southwest Louisiana. He began his pastoral ministry as a college student. Bro. Chris graduated from McNeese State University and holds a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and currently serves on the Executive Board and the Church Ste Corporation for the Louisiana Baptist Convention and the Executive Board for the Evangeline Baptist Association. He grew up in Lake Charles, Louisiana. His hobbies include reading, exercise (bike riding/walking) and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Christi, have two children. Bro. Chris' favorite verse is Philippians 4:13.

David Mitchell has served as Minister of Music at First Baptist Church Youngsville for fifteen years. He has twenty-three years in the music ministry having previously served churches in central Louisiana and Georgia. Bro. David graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and attended Southern Methodist University for graduate studies. He began his music ministry as a volunteer musician in his local church. He grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. His hobbies include playing piano and guitar and being “Davee” to the grandchildren. He and his wife, Cheryl, have one daughter and four grandchildren. Bro. David's favorite passage is Psalms 23:1-6.

Vicki Malacaman has served as secretary at First Baptist Church Youngsville for 25 years. She is an integral part of the ministry at FBCY serving as a Bible study teacher, participating in missions, and leading crafts for Vacation Bible School – just to name a few of her many contributions. Vicki grew up in Louisiana and Texas. She attended Vo-Tech College receiving certificates in Information Processing and Account Clerk. Her hobbies include crafting. She and her husband, Leo, have six children and four grandchildren. Vicki’s favorite verse is 1 Corinthians 3:6-7.
