Cathy is new to the First Baptist Church Staff. She and her husband, Jonah, have been attending FBCY for about 10 years. He has been a deacon at the church for 3 years. Before coming to FBCY, Cathy worked in preschool education here in Youngsville as well as in Texas for 19 years. She was born and raised in Texas and is an Aggies fan thru and thru. She enjoys crocheting, painting, and crafting in her spare time. She has a daughter who graduated from LSU and a son who graduated from ULL and has recently gotten married. One of her favorite bible verses is Psalm 46:10
